B. ACTION RESEARCH PAPER

Assessment:

One module assignment per course (total 7 modules) – 2,500 Word Assignment and/or Portfolio Submission (Performance Based Assessment) + Action Research Project Paper (ARPP – 5,000 Word)

With additional 30,000 THB, students will also be able to specialise in the following topics:

  6. Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Students will have to write a 5,000-word action research paper, where they will have to choose a research topic based on their chosen specialisation. This project will allow students to demonstrate their knowledge of both theories and the understanding of practical applications in the education world. The rationale behind the research paper is for students to apply the theoretical knowledge gained throughout the undertaking on their programme. By completing this, students will demonstrate their abilities to apply the necessary theories in the real-world application.

1. Recognised Bachelor Degree in any field.
2. Sufficient English language proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or its equivalent).
3. At least 3 years of working experience in the managerial position.

Note: Mature & high potential candidates without a degree could be considered on case-by-case basis.

12 – 16 months

Whilst most of the courses do not set an exact deadline for applications, students are advised to apply early to secure the place and organise any sponsorship or funding.

International students are encouraged to apply 1 month prior the commence of the preferred courses. This allows sufficient time to process our decision, for you to obtain visas and to organise your accommodation and travel arrangements.

Important Note: Attendance at the Module Discussion Sessions (MDS) is not compulsory, though highly recommended; those who cannot make it for the MDS would be able to access all study materials and assignments (off site, through a learning management system, LMS) and work on all assessment tasks independently, with some support from respective facilitators assigned for the each module. The LMS would be utilized to access your study materials and assessment tasks (assignments). Additionally, you would also utilize the LMS to submit all assignments by or before the due dates specified. Communication with the module facilitator would be done via email, phone calls, face-to-face or Skype meeting.
