Dr. Vichuda having served Thai Airways International for 30+ years, she is also involved in the field of Customer Service Excellence for her entire professional career, Dr. Vichuda brings to training sessions a blend of industry experience (first hand practical experiences in the field of customer service excellence, as a Cabin Attendant herself) and excellent training sessions facilitation competency through her years of training and coaching of younger cabin attendants at Thai Airways International. She continues to extend her excellent training / coaching programmes at various universities such as Rangsit University and Bangkok School of Management
