Dr. Vichuda having served Thai Airways International for 30+ years, she is also involved in the field of Customer Service Excellence for her entire professional career. She brings to training sessions a blend of industry experience (first hand practical experiences in the field of customer service excellence, as a Cabin Attendant herself) and excellent training sessions facilitation competency through her years of training and coaching of younger cabin attendants at Thai Airways International. Ms. Iman demonstrates her ability as an adviser in the business world, by facilitating professional training seminars in multiple countries, She has a knack for building her clients’ competencies by coaching clients in their soft skills development and enabling them to attain their career goals.
