Dr. Chang Yao Lang is the President of the Board of Directors of Everclever Education Group, which owns and operates Wells International Kindergarten, Wells International School as well as Bangkok School of Management. He is both a successful businessman and a passionate educator as reflected in his double doctorate qualifications, one in Education and another one in Business Administration.
Indeed, he possesses a unique combination of competency in sustainable management of multiple international educational institutions, without compromising education quality and standards.
On one hand, he enthusiastically promotes for creativity and innovative thinking which are characteristic features of the Western Education system, and on the other hand, he fervently encourages students to remember and appreciate their origin, culture, values and identity in the process of becoming a well-rounded person equipped for life and successful career.
Dr. Edward holds double doctorate degrees in Psychology (PhD) and Education (EdD), as well as Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction specialization (Michigan, USA). He has written four books and hundreds of articles pertaining to the application of psychology to improve teaching/learning processes (some of which could be found at www.affectiveteaching.com and edwardroykrishnan.com). He has delivered training around the globe in countries like Thailand, USA, Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Namibia, South Africa, Mauritius, and many others, for the past 13 years. He has been lecturing at various universities internationally, in the faculty of education as well as psychology, some of which are: University of Winnipeg (Canada), State University of New York (USA), University of Business and International Studies (Switzerland), Myanmar
Metropolitan College (Myanmar), Assumption University (Thailand), Webster University (Thailand), Asia Pacific International University (Thailand), St. Theresa INTI College (Thailand) and the Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences (India). Currently, he is the Managing Director of Bangkok School of Management, as well as BSM Training Programme Coordinator. He is also working on releasing a series of three more books on the theme “Teaching with Heart” by the end of 2016.
Ms. Tarntip has an educational background in MS in Counseling Psychology, BA in Business English & Marketing from Assumption University (ABAC). She is currently overseeing BSM Tutor Division, the Front Office, and General Affairs at Bangkok School of Management. Ms. Tarntip is also the liaison between the Thailand MOE inspectors and/or officers and BSM, and provide student service assistance for the student visa department.
Ms. Tina Yang joined Bangkok School of Management in 2014 after more than 8 years of working experience in corporate industry. Since then, she has devoted her time counseling students with their academic, career opportunities and personal developmental achievements with full determination due to her previous career experiences in different industries, such as hospitality, event organizing, sports management, etc. Ms. Tina holds strong passion towards sharing her international, diverse knowledge and skills with the students.
